Rent our space (Social Events)

Are you looking for a gorgeous and unique venue to host a bridal shower,

baby shower, special birthday, book club, photo shoot or any other special gathering?

We invite you to rent our stunning gallery/studio space in historic Kensington, MD

for your next social event.

DETAILS:
~We have a 6 foot table set up for you to serve your food/drinks.

(If you require more than one table, please let us know).
~Host(s) will need to bring ALL supplies for the event...

drinks/food/utensils/cups/napkins/ice/serving platters/serving utensils, etc
~WIFI enabled
~Surround sound available for music
~Access to a bathroom
~Space Rental Fee is $250 per hour with a 2 hour minimum rental fee.

~Please note, we allow a maximum of 30 people in the space for rentals (unless otherwise approved).

The space is only available for rental during our non-business hours.

(We are typically open on Thursday-Saturday 10am-5pm). 

~Rental includes a complimentary 15 minute window on each end for set-up/clean-up. If you require more than 15 minutes to set up, it will be an additional $50 to allow earlier access to the space.
~Sectional seating area for approximately 8 people, 15 additional chairs for seating.
~If needed, we have a 12-15 foot table and 20 chairs in the studio area of our gallery for your use as well.
